DMF-ZM electromagnetic pulse valves are right-angle nut valves, the same as those of the “Z” series. They are suitable for connecting air tank to the blow tubes, their inlets and outlets are provided with retaining nuts for installation purposes and for easy installation and operation of the valves.

Features

DMF-ZM Right Angle Nut Electromagnetic Pulse Valve is a right-angle valve, the angle between the inlet and outlet is 90°. The gas flow is unobstructed and it can provide the turbulent gas flow that meets the requirement.

Working principle

The pulse valve diaphragm is divided into two gas chambers (front and back), when switching compressed air the air flows through the throttle orifice into the gas chamber at this time, the pressure of the air chamber presses the diaphragm against the output of the valve.

Close to the valve outlets, the pulse valve is in the “closed" position. Pulse injection control instrument electrical signal that the pulse valve hit back after the gas chamber is in the “open” position and the gas chamber pressure losses quickly, diaphragm components then move the compressed air. A valve loses export injection, pulse valve in the "open” status. Pulse injection control instrument signal disappears and solenoid pulse valve is reset, after the air chamber vent hole is closed, the gas chamber pressure increase is clingy valve diaphragm components of outlets then solenoid pulse valve is in the “closed" status.
