Our offered DMF-Z Right Angle Electromagnetic Pulse Valve is imported from abroad and is also known as the diaphragm valve. It is the compressed air "switch" of the pulse bag filter dust cleaning system that is controlled by the output signal of the pulse injection controller, and the filter bag is cleaned by the row (chamber) so that the dust collector's resistance is maintained within the set range, in order to ensure the dust collector processing capacity and vacuum efficiency.
DMF-Z electromagnetic pulse valve is a right-angle valve, the angle between the inlet and outlet is 90°. It is suitable for the mounting connection between the helium cylinder and the dust blower tube. The gas flow is unobstructed and it can provide the turbulent gas flow that meets the requirement.
The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into two air chambers, front and rear. When the compressed air is turned on, the compressed air enters the rear chamber through the throttle hole. At this time, the pressure of the air chamber presses the diaphragm against the output of the valve. The pulse valve is in the "closed" state.
The electric signal of the pulse injection controller causes the electromagnetic pulse valve armature to move and the air chamber vent hole opens, the rear chamber quickly loses pressure and the diaphragm moves back, the compressed air is then blown through the valve outlet, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "opened" status.
Pulse injection control instrument electrical signal disappear, electromagnetic pulse valve armature reset, after the air chamber vent hole is closed, the rear chamber pressure is increased so that the diaphragm is closed to the valve output, the electromagnetic pulse valve is then in the "closed" state.
